Checking date availability…
Confirm before booking
Delivery / pickup
Date changes, extensions, early returns, delivery or return time changes, and vehicle swaps depend on partner availability and confirmed booking terms.
Deposit
Confirm the final rental price, deposit or hold requirement, accepted payment method, and deposit return conditions before pickup or delivery.
Insurance
Insurance/damage cover is not included by default. When cover is available, exclusions, liability limits, and any deposit effect are confirmed in writing.
Support
Use WhatsApp for written availability and terms confirmation before you commit.
Payment terms
Payment terms vary by partner and vehicle. Confirm the final rental price, deposit or hold requirement, accepted payment method, and deposit return conditions before pickup or delivery. Do not assume a deposit is waived unless your confirmed booking says so.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation and refund terms vary by partner and booking status. Confirm the free-cancellation window, no-show terms, and any non-refundable deposit or delivery fee before payment. If your plans change, contact Bali Bike House as early as possible so we can check the partner rule for that booking.
Reschedule policy
Date changes, extensions, early returns, delivery or return time changes, and vehicle swaps depend on partner availability and confirmed booking terms. Request changes before the rental starts or before the current rental period ends; extra charges may apply for extensions, late returns, delivery changes, or replacement vehicles.
