Cancellation policy
Cancellation and refund terms vary by partner and booking status. Confirm the free-cancellation window, no-show terms, and any non-refundable deposit or delivery fee before payment. If your plans change, contact Bali Bike House as early as possible so we can check the partner rule for that booking.
Reschedule policy
Date changes, extensions, early returns, delivery or return time changes, and vehicle swaps depend on partner availability and confirmed booking terms. Request changes before the rental starts or before the current rental period ends; extra charges may apply for extensions, late returns, delivery changes, or replacement vehicles.
