Perfect service! They keep their promises completely. I ordered a 2025 Yamaha Xmax scooter with a top case from Moscow. No upfront payment. They give me my word. They respond to all emails quickly. They're polite and efficient. Two guys arrived right on time. They explained everything quickly and clearly. The speedometer reads 500 km. It really is a new bike. I removed the film from the dashboard. After the rental period ended, they even arrived early. In my opinion, everything was just perfect. Great job. I'll definitely use this company again.

The bike was manufactured in 2025, very cool, ideal for two! The trunk is roomy, everything you need fits in to ride all day. The traction is excellent even uphill. There are no questions about delivery and registration, everything is super!

I rented a super clean low km 300 cc Xmax scooter with no scratches at all for 3 weeks to go around Bali. I had a small fall with the bike and a few scratches here and there. When I returned the bike the settlement for the damages was very fair with no issues. The delivery of the bike to my hotel was perfect. The personnel very attentive and I left my suitcase with them for 3 weeks of storage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BALI BIKE HOUSE
