SUZUKI VSTROM 250

I rented a Suzuki V-Strom from Bali Bike House for two weeks and the whole experience was absolutely impeccable. The bike itself was in pristine condition. Mechanically perfect, clearly well maintained, and I had zero issues throughout the entire rental period. It gave me complete confidence on the road, which really matters when you’re riding every day. But as is often the case in Indonesia, what truly makes the difference is the people. The team at Bali Bike House were consistently kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Every request was handled smoothly, communication was easy, and they delivered and collected the bike exactly according to my schedule. No stress, no complications, just effortless service. Everything was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Great bikes, great people, and an overall experience that couldn’t have been better. I’ve rented bikes from them before and will absolutely continue to do so. From my perspective, this is a clear 5 out of 5 stars. Highly, highly recommended.

I highly recommend this rental service. My wife and I traveled around the island for 20 days. We initially rented a Suzuki Vstrom 250. The bike was practically new and in perfect condition. We planned to tie the bags to the rack, but on the second day, we realized it was inconvenient and unreliable. I contacted them with a problem, and they swapped it for a Kawasaki Versys 250 with three panniers that same day. The bike is older, but excellently serviced and in excellent condition. Everything was clear, and all questions were answered promptly. The prices are clear and match the information on the website. The office and garage are great; it's clear they love motorcycles. Thank you for helping us make our travel plan come true!

We had a wonderful 2-week ride around Bali, with a great bike from BaliBikeHouse (Suzuki V-Strom SX 250). The traffic can be intense specially in the Uluwatu, Canggu and Ubud, but if you go beyond that, then you will find amazing terrace roads, jungle hills and great coast view. I recommend for riding the Sideman area, the Mt. Batur, and the roads around the "Easternmost Point of Bali". Tip: if you can, try to avoid the "bigger" roads, and choose the smaller ones. They will have much less traffic, more local vibe, and more exciting 😁

I rented a Suzuki V-Strom 250 for over 40 days and rode it all the way to Flores and back to Bali. The service and support were excellent throughout the trip. The bike was in superb condition and clearly well-maintained. I couldn’t be happier with the experience — highly recommended and I would definitely rent from them again!

Bike rental service was great! I used the Suzuki Vstrom DL250. The bike was in great condition, drove very well and it gave us the freedom to ride around the island. The bike was delivered to our hotel and was collected from a different location.
