KAWASAKI VERSYS-X 250 2024 - WHITE

I highly recommend this rental service. My wife and I traveled around the island for 20 days. We initially rented a Suzuki Vstrom 250. The bike was practically new and in perfect condition. We planned to tie the bags to the rack, but on the second day, we realized it was inconvenient and unreliable. I contacted them with a problem, and they swapped it for a Kawasaki Versys 250 with three panniers that same day. The bike is older, but excellently serviced and in excellent condition. Everything was clear, and all questions were answered promptly. The prices are clear and match the information on the website. The office and garage are great; it's clear they love motorcycles. Thank you for helping us make our travel plan come true!

Had an amazing experience with Bali Bike House. The two Kawasaki Versys 250cc bikes were in perfect condition—almost brand new (only 1,100 km on the odometer)! The staff were really helpful and friendly. We had some good laughs with them, and they were very helpful in arranging the ferry transport to Lombok by providing all the necessary documents. When returning the bikes, there was a dent on one of the tanks. I still don’t know what happened, but another bike probably fell on ours while it was parked. They were very understanding about it and simply told us the cost to fix it, which was very reasonable (500,000 IDR).

Rented a Kawasaki versus for one week. Bike was in perfect condition and the communication with them was excellent. The whole process was really simple and when I returned the bike i got my full deposit back with no issues. They have a great selection of vehicles available to rent too at reasonable prices. I would definitely use them again if I'm in Bali. Excellent 👍👍

Superb showroom!!! I rented a V-Storm and a Versys. They were fully serviced, had new tires, and had a huge selection of motorcycles. But the biggest plus is the staff. They'll consult with you and recommend the right option for your plans, whether it's a trip to the mountains or the beach, or whatever else you need. They're very polite and responsive, offer a wide range of services, and are extremely flexible in meeting your needs and preferences. Discounts are available for long-term rentals. They have decent helmets with full face protection, which is important to me.

Very good service! I found them on Google, just like you reading this review. I went to their website, contacted them on WhatsApp, and ordered a 250cc bike. Delivery was free (since I was in the same area – depending on your location, a small fee may apply). The bike was exactly as shown in the pictures, in perfect condition. The team was super friendly and professional, and they even came to pick it up at the end of my rental. Honestly, the best big bike rental experience I’ve had during my travels!
