Absolutely. Rider and passenger must wear helmets at all times—this is the law in Indonesia. Any police fines for not wearing a helmet are the renter’s responsibility.
Payment is due when you receive the bike. Want to keep it longer? Just let us know and pay in advance to confirm the extension. Early returns are generally non-refundable, though we’ll try to help if circumstances are special. Card payments may include a small processing fee.

If you didn’t add optional insurance, you’ll be responsible for repair costs. When damage makes the bike unridable due to your fault, there may be a documented “downtime” charge for lost rental days until it’s fixed. All repairs must be approved by us and done at our partner workshops—please don’t authorize your own repairs (punctures and basic emergency fixes are fine, just inform us).
Punctures and tire damage are considered everyday riding risks and aren’t covered by insurance. You can fix a puncture at any tire shop; keep the receipt and let us know.
No. Our optional plans focus on accidental on-road damage and cosmetic scratches. Theft or total loss isn’t included—please be mindful where you park and always lock the bike.
No, these aren’t included in the rental. If you want liability or personal accident coverage, we recommend arranging your own travel insurance or a local policy before riding.
Only with prior written approval. Off-island travel requires extra steps (and a deposit for original documents). Insurance, if purchased, normally applies within Bali only unless we confirm otherwise.
Our standard support hours are 08:00–20:00 (deliveries/pickups typically 09:00–19:00). Please share exact time and location at least 24 hours in advance. Far or late-night locations may have a small extra fee (around US$15 one-way, depending on distance).
Please return it personally, clean and in the same condition as received. If you can’t meet in person, a handling fee may apply (up to US$50). At pickup we note any existing scratches/dents—this protects you from end-of-rental charges for pre-existing marks.
No stress—tell us immediately. Keys are replaced at cost (varies by model and immobilizer). Lost registration/original documents have a fixed replacement fee and may take time to reissue.

Use Pertamax (RON 92) or higher — it’s the safest, cleanest choice for our engines and gives smoother performance. Avoid low-octane fuel (e.g., Pertalite) on newer or larger bikes. Please refuel at official Pertamina stations rather than roadside bottles when possible, don’t mix different fuels or additives, and return the bike with roughly the same level it had at pickup.
Rented a Kawasaki Versys for one week. Bike was in perfect condition and the communication with them was excellent. The whole process was really simple and when I returned the bike i got my full deposit back with no issues. They have a great selection of vehicles available to rent too at reasonable prices.
